ABOUT US

iImpact is an initiative led by Fundação Dom Cabral and Innovation Latam. Idealized by Professors Fabian Salum and Karina Coleta, professors of Fundação Dom Cabral, elected 9th best business school in the world, according to the Financial Times. Representing the only Brazilian executive education institution among the ten best in the world and the best in Latin America.In 2019, its unique methodology was developed to evaluate and recognize the social and environmental impact of startups throughout Latin America.

The evaluation process is based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), of the UN, and good ESG business practices.In 2020, the iImpact Seal is born as a form of annual recognition awarded to selected startups based on a methodology supported by evidence and rigorous criteria. As an effect, it proves the business' alignment with the solution or mitigation of socio-environmental problems, besides qualifying them for global investments.iImpact fosters an ecosystem that engages diverse players: startups, large companies, top executives, academics, NGOs, and other civil society initiatives. We aim to promote connections, business, and relationships in a network committed to a sustainable future.

O iImpact é uma iniciativa liderada pela Fundação Dom Cabral e Innovation Latam. Idealizada pelos Professores doutores Fabian Salum e Karina Coleta, docentes da Fundação Dom Cabral, eleita a 9ª melhor escola de negócios do mundo, segundo o Financial Times. Representando a única instituição brasileira de educação executiva entre as dez melhores do mundo e a melhor da América Latina.Em 2019, sua metodologia exclusiva foi desenvolvida para avaliar e reconhecer o impacto socioambiental de startups em toda a América Latina.

O processo de avaliação baseia-se nos 17 Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS), da ONU, e boas práticas de negócios ESG.Em 2020, nasce o Selo iImpact como uma forma de reconhecimento anual conferido para as startups selecionadas a partir da metodologia suportada por evidências e critérios rigorosos. Como efeito, comprova-se o alinhamento dos negócios com a solução ou mitigação de problemas socioambientais, além de qualificá-los para investimentos globais.O iImpact fomenta um ecossistema que engaja diversos atores: startups, grandes empresas, executivos de alto escalão, acadêmicos, ONGs e outras iniciativas da sociedade civil. Nós visamos promover conexões, negócios e relacionamentos em uma rede comprometida com o futuro sustentável.
